Accomplishments of Anne Boleyn
An overview of Anne Boleyn's biggest accomplishments and achievements . . .
- creation of the Anglican Church (persuaded King Henry VIII to leave the Catholic Church, marry her, and create his own Protestantism branch)
- this had a huge impact on England then because it was a whole new religion that people who didn't agree with the corrupt Catholic Church could follow
- supported reformation in the Catholic Church and re-established religion in England
- she realized that the Catholic Church was wrong in some ways, so she led her followers to not support what they were doing wrongly
- helped people in poverty: as queen she made many improvements for the poor including holding charities and giving them some of her own earnings
- Anne loved charities, she held many and made sure that the people who didn't have any money and needed it got some
- very sneaky, manipulative and determined - how she worked her way into marrying King Henry VIII and becoming queen
- without her distinct personality, she would not have been able to achieve most of what she did - it was her determinedness that allowed her to do all of these things
- gave birth to Elizabeth who grew up to be one of England's best and most important queens ever
- with King Henry VIII she had one child and that daughter did so much to affect England at the time, which was all because of Anne Boleyn she giving birth to her
- as queen, she tried her best to rule as well as she could, used her best judgement for decisions, especially religion wise and money wise
- although she wasn't the most loved queen by the population of England, Anne genuinely tried her best to be a good leader for her followers
